Do not use NearXpiry for illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, or posting infringing content. Respect other users and follow community guidelines.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies or the Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to take corrective action where necessary to protect users.
NearXpiry operates solely as a technology platform and marketplace aggregator that connects buyers, sellers, and businesses. Any transaction, negotiation, agreement, sale, or exchange that occurs between two or more users (including B2B transactions) is a private contract between those parties. NearXpiry does not take title to goods, act as an escrow agent, or become a party to such transactions. We do not guarantee the performance, quality, safety, legality, or payment of any transaction between users or businesses, and we are not liable for disputes, claims, losses, or damages arising from those transactions.
Where appropriate, we may provide tools, dispute resolution guidance, or contact information to help resolve issues, but use of such tools does not transfer responsibility to NearXpiry. Parties remain responsible for verifying counterparties, arranging payment, delivery, and compliance with applicable laws.

Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent bans depending on severity.
